 How much does it cost to travel by motorbike?

My experience is limited to shorter trips—up to 16 days on the bike—with flights at either end, sometimes flights in between the week. These trips have been based in Europe or Africa and usually involve bike transport or rental. Due to a combination of lazy accounting and the complexity of trip logistics, I’ve found it difficult to keep accurate spending records.

However, during the 2025 trips (through Greece, Turkey, and Bulgaria, riding back to England), I tracked expenses using the mobile app Splid, and detailed them below.
