Alps
Was fortunate enough to make it back it to the apls last week, although this time on Ski's and not two hoops, whilst it might be hard to believe i fell off the ski's more than the bike! Contemplated my time here last year and marvelled at how much the scenery has changed in a few short months. Its still breath takingly beautiful though and admired from the ski lift tiny people bring the scale of the massive white landscape into sharp relief.
The trails look considerably different this time around.
...the massive mountain knob is less awe inspiring, but still the dedication of the mystery urban artist is something to be admired.
Adventure biking is my first love, so I spent my time between the Ski and the Apres-Ski planning the next trip and how to 'adventurise' the new KTM500. I've called Rob at Fly and Ride (a great bloke) and he's willing to drop the bikes at Malaga and pick up from Barcelona. (or vice versa) That grants access to a massive section of the Spanish TET and the Med coast. If we do this trip we will have completed most of the Spanish TET.
Really should look into completing Britain seeing as though i live here...
