Time to reflect

This global pandemic has really put a dampener on the year for many people and i feel for those personally affected.

For me, all this time at home has presented a time to reflect and to plan.  Its not just me either, the whats-app group has been going crazy with talk of 'perfect rtw bikes' and 'where next?'

On reflection, I live in a beautiful part of England surrounded by wonderful people, and for that i am grateful.

Social distancing on the dirt bike has been a pleasure...

...and picking up groceries on the road bike has been better than ever with so few cars on the road..

So, where next?

I'm considering finishing the northern part of the UK TET in July and have just serviced the KTM i purchased for crashing in Africa.  She's all good and ready to go, need to sort my kit next.

Speaking of Africa, Barrie, the race team support driver / manager, has been in touch and asked if i fancy a 'Dakar or Bust' adventure trip next January.   Who could say no to that! ;) ...
