And so it begins... Italian TET
Today is the day it begins! Up at 6:30, excited again (daft old bugger). Now sat at Manchester airport waiting to board.
The basic route is agreed and we'll play by ear as the miles are covered. Jasons said he'd like to cover as much off-road as possible on the KTM, (Off road over the alps! yeah baby!) so here is the plan...
South from Geneva where the bikes are stored.
1. Join the Tet section 1 and head south towards the med coast over the high Alps cols.
2. Use minor roads to join Italian TET section 2.
3.4,5,Follow the TET for as long as possible over the Italian lakes (Como) and beyond to Verona if time allows.
