Sarah's TET Cherry. Day 1

"This is bucket list stuff!" exclaimed Sarah as we flowed over the post card picturesque pennines on her first tour. 

We'd set off from Leeds at 3 pm and were heading to a hotel in, ..ermm... not so pretty, Burnley.

How many people take a CBT, have about 3hrs practice, and then set of on three day TET tour? 

Our aim is to cover the Forest of Boland loop (between red markers) as I remember it being less gnarly.   Ideal for a first TET trip and me, traveling as I am, on the Honda Africa Twin Adventure Elephant 🐘.

Our first day was a resounding success, picking our way between villages on unnamed roads, avoid all traffic and satnav mapping cagers. (Cars drivers) 

At time of writing we're having breakfast, at Rose Hill House Hotel,  discussing the off-road sections that await.  There are some nerves around the table this morning...
